A Summer Academy is a two-week academic readiness program for students at transition levels in their schooling that can be operated through your church in collaboration with local educators.

We Love Teachers is a plan you can implement to provide practical, loving support to school teachers, including prayer partners, personal care packages and donating towards classroom needs.
How it Works
Recruit Your Mobilization Team
Based on specific principles, your Oaks Learning strategist will help you identify ideal church members to discern and implement your education efforts.
Host Your Education Support
Each member of your mobilization team will be assigned a specific task, and together, coordinate education services providing support for up to dozens of families in your neighborhood.
Follow Up With Neighbors
Using relationships forged at both the professional and local church level, follow up with your new neighbors so you can continue to serve them and share the Good News.

We help socially-driven pastors and professionals connect and mobilize their resources through guided social initiatives. These initiatives are proven, strategic and straight forward to implement; designed as a sustainable means for community change that is real and measurable.
Includes our We Love Teachers Manual that also uses a five-step process, as well as planning pages, to help your church or organization implement the initiative. Your Oaks Learning Strategist will consult with you to discover the best possible way for you to engage teachers in the local schools in your community.

In addition, you will receive a link to your church’s own Dropbox file for your academy, which includes resources such as forms, volunteer training agendas, teaching curriculum, pre and post-assessments, and more.
